Quin Houff #00 Mount-N-Lock Chevy Camaro-I really like the mountain motif here, and the gray-scale color scheme works well. This gets an A in my book.

Tyler Reddick #8 ALSCO Uniforms Chevy Camaro-This is a great look, especially when compared to last year’s scheme. This gets an A.

Ryan Blaney #12 Menard’s/Richmond Ford Mustang-Same scheme as last year, same A grade.

James Davison #15 Smart Sanitizer Chevy Camaro-My only complaint is that the designs on the blue are pointless. Other than that, this is a solid scheme. A

Chris Buescher #17 Roush Performance Stage 3 Ford Mustang-Same scheme as last year, same A grade.

Kyle Busch #18 Stanley Toyota Camry-Same scheme as #20, same A grade.

Bubba Wallace #23 McDonalds Toyota Camry-I think the white is bad, and the diagonal logos are awful. Still, it’s a solid scheme, so it gets a B.

Ryan Preece #37 Scotts Chevy Camaro-Same scheme as last year, same D grade.

Anthony Alfredo #38 MDS Ford Mustang-Same scheme as last year, same B+ grade.

Ross Chastain #42 Tubi TV Chevy Camaro-This is a good design scheme, counter-acted with a bad design scheme. The two cancel each other out, and this gets a C.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. #47 Kroger/Energizer Chevy Camaro-This template is a solid C, even with matching sponsors.

Josh Bilicki #52 Junction Fuels Ford Mustang-I normally don’t say this, but get rid of the fade at the rear. Also, the checkered flag motif needs to go. Other than that, this isn’t bad, so it gets a B.

Garrett Smithley #53 Turf Sellers Chevy Camaro-A smooth look, with a great color scheme will always earn an A.

Austin Dillon #3 BetMGM Chevy Camaro-I love the color scheme, the shades of gold and red really worked. I hate the design scheme, it’s awful. The two cancel each other out, and this gets a C.

Ryan Newman #6 Wyndham Rewards Ford Mustang-Toning down the designs might get this car to an A, but with the designs, this gets an A-.

Corey LaJoie #7 Built Bar Chevy Camaro-I’m really tired of seeing Corey LaJoie’s face on his hood. From this point onwards, anytime a driver puts his face on the hood, it’s an automatic F.

Tyler Reddick #8 Quartz Hill Records Chevy Camaro-My only complaint here is that there are too many stripes. A-

Bubba Wallace # 23 Columbia Sportswear Chevy Camaro-The blue works, the camo doesn’t, and they cancel this out, so this gets a C.

Ryan Preece #37 Natural Light Seltzer Chevy Camaro-The color scheme and fade work perfectly, and the designs work too. This gets an A.

Erik Jones #43 Medallion Bank Chevy Camaro-Another example of a good color scheme being countered with an awful design scheme. They cancel each other out, and this gets a C.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. #47 Kroger Chevy Camaro-Even a plain Kroger scheme doesn’t get a better grade. This is just a meh template. C

Alex Bowman #48 Ally/Best Friends Animal Society Chevy Camaro-I love the fade, but the color scheme makes me sick. They cancel each other out, and this gets a C.

Tyler Reddick #8 Cat Rental Store Chevy Camaro-Same scheme as last year, same A grade.

Chase Elliott #9 UniFirst Chevy Camaro-Getting rid of the dark green, and cleaning up the sides took a B- scheme to an A scheme.

Ryan Blaney #12 Menard’s/Libman Ford Mustang-Same scheme as last year, same B grade.

Chase Briscoe #14 Ford Performance Racing School Ford Mustang-The removal of the black circle cleans up the car a lot, and the car looks great as such. A

William Bryon #24 Axalta Electrolight Color Chevy Camaro-My only complaint here is that the white is pointless, and the car would look better without it. A

Ryan Preece #37 Kroger/Coca-Cola Chevy Camaro-One thing I hate is when a car has two different designs on the front and rear. This is an example. Either of these designs would work by themselves, but together they are awful. F

Denny Hamlin #11 FedEx Toyota Camry-I don’t like the off-center design on the sides, but I do like the overall design as well as the fade. The good and the bad cancel each other out, and this gets a C.

Ryan Blaney #12 Menard’s/Peak Ford Mustang-Same scheme as last year, same B+ grade.

Garrett Smithley #13 Trophy Tractor Ford Mustang-Not even a good color scheme can save this disaster from an F grade. This might be one of the worst schemes I have ever seen.

I don’t like the shade of green used, it needs to be darker. Also, the teal is needless. Still, it’s a decent scheme, so it gets a B+

Timmy Hill #66 VSI Racing Ford Mustang-The only thing keeping this scheme above an F grade is the color scheme. Other than that, this is an F scheme.

Kyle Larson # 5 Nations Guard Chevy Camaro-The large white section is pointless, and visually distracting. Without that, it would earn an A, but this scheme earns a B+

Ryan Newman #6 Guaranteed Rate Ford Mustang-Same scheme as last year, same C grade.

Tyler Reddick #8 Lenovo Chevy Camaro-I like the design, it works well, the waves look good. The color scheme works well too, so I give it an A.

Aric Almirola #10 Smithfield Foods 10th Anniversary Ford Mustang-I like the checkered flag motif, and the car as a whole has a great look. A

Chris Buescher #17 Castrol Ford Mustang-I’m not the biggest fan of green on race cars, but this works very well. This is a good design, and it gets an A.

Martin Truex Jr. #19 DeWalt Toyota Camry-Same scheme as #20, same A- grade.

Bubba Wallace #23 Root Insurance Toyota Camry-The color scheme works well, and the design scheme works well, so this gets an A.

Anthony Alfredo #38 Dude Wipes Ford Mustang-The blue should be one of the primary colors, instead of the stripes. Speaking of, I think the stripes are useless, and visually distracting. But it’s not bad, so I’ll give it a B.

Erik Jones #43 Armor All Chevy Camaro-If the black areas were a stripe, I would give this a solid A. I don’t like that part, but it still gets an A-
